Being part of Beat means wearing your strongest suit everyday, your authentic self and getting rid of all others. Every June we grab Pride Month as an opportunity to talk about Inclusion and our strong belief that diversity breeds higher quality companies and products. We take pride in Beat’s diverse and inclusive culture, from the number of nationalities, to each individual’s outstanding impact in the organisation. Beat cultivates a 0 tolerance policy  and in the rare occasion of unfortunate discrimination events of any kind  – Beat acts proactively and decisively, whether the incident comes from a passenger or driver. 2. We will always contact you directly via phone to investigate any report you make. If the user has acted maliciously against our values, we impose a life-time block.
3. We encourage our users to report any incident that makes them feel uncomfortable. We strive to be better every day and offer the best riding experience possible.
