3. We encourage our users to report any incident that makes them feel uncomfortable. We strive to be better every day and offer the best riding experience possible.
In addition, Beat breeds a culture of acceptance and respect in the workplace too. As part of our dedication to diversity in our workforce, Beat is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion. We love when our people express their uniqueness in the organisation, being able to be creative, productive and their best version of themselves.
At Beat, we feel comfortable, creative, accepted, liberated and we enjoy living in diversity. We asked our people to express in their own words, what diversity and inclusion mean for them and how it feels to be a Beat employee, being around diverse individuals, sharing the same purpose.
