New feature release! Rating your previous ride is now easier.

At Beat we care about the quality of your ride. The best and most beneficial way for us to keep improving your experience is by listening to you! By rating our drivers we get insight into what you like, what improvements you’d find useful, and what you’d like to see more of.

As soon as you complete your Beat ride you are prompted to rate the driver and overall ride quality. However, sometimes you may forget to do so, or maybe you need to get somewhere right away and don’t have the time to do it at that moment. We understand this!


That’s why we’ve just launched a new feature that will make it easier for you to leave your feedback. Now the option to rate your driver will be extended and available up until your next Beat ride. The rating function will appear on the home screen the next time you open the app, so  with just a few taps, you’ll give us the information we need to keep evolving our product.

We’re looking forward to increasing the amount of ratings we’re getting from passengers so that we can provide you with the highest level of service.
